Water kefir is a fermented, probiotic beverage made with water, sugar andcultures that are Symbiotic Colonies of Bacteria and Yeast (SCOBY)and contains 30-40 probiotic strains (as opposed to yogurt that contains 1-4strains). Ginger is reputed to be an anti-inflammatory digestive aid. Our Ginger Water Kefir Soda is made with organic ginger and has a nice ginger “bite”.
